- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Brunology OU, Saarvahtra pst 15, Tallinn, Harju county, 10915. For the purposes of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
- Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident.
- Country refers to: Estonia
- Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
